Hello, it’s so nice to meet you!

We are a team of doctoral-level therapists committed to relationally-centered and evidence based therapy grounded in an affirming and anti-oppressive framework.

Translation: We love doing good therapy that focuses on your emotional flourishing and empowerment in the world.

Our vision is good therapy changing lives.

We believe good therapy can catalyze flourishing and be a radical stance against cynicism, disconnection, silence, burnout, and generational trauma. We want to nourish growth, foster healing, educate holistically, build connections, hold hope, and empower all people to be emotionally healthy and whole.

We think when you experience thriving, it pours out into your relational ecosystem and future generations. Your emotional flourishing is a form of social change and activism.

We do believe therapy can change the world. Therefore, we dedicate ourselves as psychologists to this bigger picture, one session at a time.

Our core values

  • We bring our expertise - and our personalities, identities, and senses of humor to session. No cookie cutter therapy here. We strive to build a unique, honest relationship with you.

  • We listen closely to your needs, preferences, and goals for therapy. We’ll check in, get feedback, and adjust along the way so we’re on the same page and always collaborating. We want you to feel seen and truly supported.

  • We don’t believe in one approach to therapy - we think each approach has something valuable to offer. Our team has specialized training in a range of therapies, which we can share about, incorporate, and tailor just for you.

  • All are welcome. We believe everyone deserves therapy that affirms every part of who they are. No checking who you are at the door or masking. We love having honest conversations about identity and it’s a huge part of how we work if you’re interested.

  • We want therapy to help you with what you’re struggling with - and we don’t want it to just be about what’s wrong. We also want to help you figure out how to stand in a deeply imperfect world. We understand and name how injustice impacts mental health. And believe flourishing can be a form of social change and activism.

  • We take care of ourselves so our service and work can come from a place of health. To do that, we prioritize ongoing peer consultation, professional training, self-care, work-life balance, and time off. In other words, we try and practice what we preach.
